Welcome to Adley Visual! By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due by 30 days before the scheduled shoot date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility is based on our refund policy. Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance.

 

3. Delivery Timeline

Final edited videos are typically delivered within 10 days of the shoot. Delays may occur due to project complexity, but we will communicate any changes in delivery timelines.

 

4. Creative Rights

Adley Visuals retains the right to use any footage for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for all locations, venues, and participants. Adley Visuals is not liable for restrictions or delays caused by lack of access or proper permissions.

 

6. Copyright

All video content remains the intellectual property of Adley Visuals unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use the final product for personal or agreed-upon business use.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to capture all agreed-upon content, Adley Visuals is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues, or client delays) that may affect the final result.

 

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content (text, images, or video) without written permission.
