Refund Policy
At Adley Visuals, client satisfaction is a top priority. Due to the nature of our work, time and resources are invested well in advance of your shoot. Please review our refund policy below:
Deposits:
All deposits or retainers are non-refundable. This secures your booking date and compensates for time that could have been allocated to other clients.
Cancellations:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled shoot, payments (excluding the deposit) may be refunded or transferred to a future date, depending on availability and depending on the signed contract agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot are non-refundable due to the loss of booked time and preparation.
Rescheduling:
Clients will be penalized if a notice is given less than 30 days in advance. Further rescheduling may incur a fee depending on the signed contract agreement.
Project Delivery:
Once a project has been delivered, partial or full refunds will not be issued unless there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
